Our minimum carriage paid order is £250 net.
If under £250 carriage paid, a £5.00 carriage charge will apply.
Minimum dispatch value is £100
Credit accounts will be granted upon satisfactory checks.
Alternatively, goods are supplied on a pro forma basis. Proformas when raised are valid for 14 days. If not taken up during this time the order will be cancelled.
If we receive the order cancellation instruction after the Goods have been packed and the Goods have not yet been dispatched, then we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 25% from the refund per product removed
Goods are dispatched on a 24hr or 72hr delivery service depending on the area and number of cartons.
All claims for damages and missing items must be reported within 3 days from receiving the order.
Non delivery of the goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of the date of our invoice. In the case of a short delivery the number of cartons received must be advised.
No goods may be returned without prior consent.
No cancellation of an order is accepted by the company unless notification is received.
Failure to make punctual payment shall entitle us at our option and without prejudice to our rights to damages and to suspend any outstanding deliveries or to cancel the contract.
We understand and will exercise our statutory rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
The title in the goods shall only pass to the customer when payment in full has been made under the contract and the customer shall permit the servants or agents of the company to enter onto the premises of the customer and to repossess the goods at any time thereto.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible delays may occur at busy times. It is not always possible to guarantee stock of all items at once. Some items may be new and yet to arrive from the Far East or alternatively may be temporarily out of stock. We work on a back order system and will continue to deliver goods until your order is completed. Should you no longer wish to receive balances we request that your cancellation is made in writing.
All invoices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Customer’s information will be stored by the company and credit information may be shared with other bodies for monitoring and administration purposes.
Back orders are automatically cancelled at the end of the year unless advised

Highlands of Scotland

The minimum carriage paid order is £500.
If under £500 carriage paid, a £15.00 carriage charge will apply, minimum dispatch value is £200.

Northern Ireland

The minimum carriage paid order is £500.
If under £500 carriage paid, a £15.00 carriage charge will apply, and minimum dispatch is £200.

Eire

The minimum carriage paid order is £1000.
If under £1000 carriage paid, a £20.00 carriage charge will apply, minimum dispatch is £500.

Vat is chargeable at 23%
Goods will be supplied on a DDP basis, and we will cover the duty charges

Channel Islands/UK Offshore

The minimum carriage paid order is £500 net
If under £500 carriage paid, a £15.00 carriage charge will apply, and minimum dispatch is £300.

Invoices are vat exempt (Channel Islands only)

EEC

Full payment must be made in advance. All export orders are delivered free to a named UK shipper, alternatively we can arrange shipment and charge carriage at cost.
All other terms same as England & Lowlands of Scotland.
Vat is chargeable at standard UK rate unless customer VAT registration number is supplied.

Export

Full payment must be made in advance. All export orders are delivered free to a named UK shipper, alternatively we can arrange shipment and charge carriage at cost.

All other terms same as England & Lowlands of Scotland
Goods are VAT exempt on the presentation of a certificate of shipment.
